Our specialist primary care team helped Sandsend Surgery appeal against their latest CMR6 (current market rent proposal) from the NHS. We undertook a free initial assessment and then inspected the surgery to provide a more detailed valuation, before instigating a challenge to the Notional Rent on behalf of the practice.
Through the course of professional and constructive discussions with the District Valuer (appointed by the NHS) as well as making representations to the NHS we were able to successfully negotiate an increase in reimbursement in the following key areas;
