The New Cross Gate Trust are involved in the development of primary care real estate as part of a wider mixed-use development in New Cross Gate, Lewisham, being undertaken via a 50/50 Joint Venture partnership including Lewisham Council.

Approach

Having been recommended to us by another practice, the Trust got in touch with us to request a Qualified Surveyors Report in accordance with Section 119 of the Charities Act 2011. Our specialist primary care team arranged for one of our Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers to review all aspects of the detailed development proposals and design concepts.

Our surveyor then put together an extensive report covering aspects including but not limited to location, condition, description, accommodation, proposed NHS reimbursement, detailed floor areas analysis, along with extensive valuation and market commentary to arrive at and justify our opinions contained in the report.
