After being contacted via social media, our specialist primary care team arranged for one of our Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers to visit and survey each of their 5 owner-occupied medical centres.
Our surveyors then put together an extensive report covering aspects including but not limited to location, condition, description, accommodation, NHS reimbursement summary, detailed floor areas analysis, practice profile review, along with extensive valuation and market commentary to arrive at and justify our opinion as to the Market Value of the properties under the assumptions contained within the report.
